Thank you for your interest in our Fall Breeder Sale. I am offering several breeding pairs this fall that will quickly enhance your loft. These pigeon families have been very successful in club racing, combine racing, and one loft racing. Most of the bloodline originates from Skip Walston of Wilson, NC, and Carey Tilson of the Baldwin/Tilson One Loft Race Team, also here in NC. These are tough birds, racing well from 100-500 miles in all weather conditions, but excelling at 1200-1800 ypm races. All the pigeons I am selling have been rigorously tested as youngsters, being trained on many single tosses, the first being from 15 miles away, usually at 2.5 – 3 months old. They have all been to at least 50 miles in opposite directions before the summer heat kicked in. They are all finishing the molt in the next month or so and will be ready to breed in November if you pair up that early.
It’s hard to part with these birds, but we’re expecting our second child in February…so more important things need attention. I’m keeping my top breeders and will also offer some youngsters in the spring. All birds were vaccinated as youngsters with the new KM-1 (Paratyphoid, Salmonella) and PMV that was purchased from Foy’s before they stopped importing them from Europe. They are in top health.
