 Description

LDHA:AB. Both parents tested by Gene Check. <p>

Red Wolverine 39302/18 AU AA. Appears to be a hen but not guaranteed (there is one small speck in tail that is probably brown, not black. Nestmate brother has heavy black ticking in flights and tail.) If you want to start adding the LDHA A gene for increased lactic acid processing during flight, here's your start. Sire tested AA by Gene Check in Colorado. Dam tested BB. All youngsters from mating will be AB. If you mate an AB to another AB, 1/4 of youngsters will be AA (on average); 1/2 will be AB (on average). Parent certificates come with youngster.

Sire (199) is linebred to Roger Florizoone's Barcelona family. His WITNEUS cock sired the 1999 1st National Barcelona winner (Belgium). The 199 is a grandson of the famous MOLENAARKE hen (full sister of WITNEUS). Dam of 199 down from WITNEUS half-brother. The 199 cock has sired race and show winners.

Dam (6284) was 330M day bird for me in 2017 (20 minutes behind my first bird but came home super fresh and was youngest bird of my five day birds). Her sire was my emerging super stud sire 8808 (double grandson of CLASSIC 07 - 531M day bird in 2007 Midwest Classic, winning overall 500M class by 41 minutes and was voted Outstanding Bird in the race vs 3,570 pigeons). The 8808 was first loft on a very tough headwind race from 351M in 2017. Then he sired 330M day birds out of two different hens for me in 2017.

Granddam of 39301 is my great foundation hen BRIGANTI BEST - daughter of 2nd National Ace Long Distance Holland when mated to inbred daughter of Roger Florizoone's 1999 1st National Barcelona. BRIGANTI BEST is dam to at least two 500M day birds from Midwest Classic. Plus her grandson was my yearling 2nd clock bird from Topeka this year at 558M.

With this youngster, you get the LDHA A gene plus a very typey youngster linebred to the best of Roger Florizoone Barcelona winners. DOB: 5/19.
